Collins is a 1st stop shop, no need to look elsewhere. We use our vehicles for our business and they got us in asap and took care of us quick so we had minimal down time. Very personable staff that remembers the customer details so I didn't have to repeat myself several times. Very affordable.

Great experience with this local small-town repair shop! They replaced my brakes and rotors and repaired a lower ball joint, all in a timely manner and for less than the dealership quoted me. The guys at Collins Auto in Albert Lea Mn are the best guys around . They are super concerned about the issues you bring to them about your car even if it’s just an oil change they are on top of it all They don’t treat us ladies like a lot of auto repairs places do these guys AWESOME as HELL they only do what is needed to be done and if something comes up that they thank they need to address to you they will and they will talk to you about it thoroughly Like I said Collins Auto in Albert Lea Mn are the Best Guys around

My car was still smoking and overheating after a new thermostat was installed at a different shop. The air was bled out by Collins and I have had no further problems. They are so friendly and courteous. Discussed pricing with me and the repair they had done. Very fair with pricing. I will be going back for services I need repaired on my car.

I know the price of my vehicle was a little bit more than what I anticipated but Collins made sure before doing anything that I was gonna be OK with it. They explained to me why and they kept me updated if The pricing was Going to be different they didn’t do anything that was unnecessary to make things better for them rather they care for their customers

Jordan and the crew took care of the radiator replacement at a reasonable price. Always expect good customer service that they continually provide.

Had a mishap on a road trip to Albert Lea. The splash guard under our car was dragging on the road. My dad recommended Collins and we're so glad he did. We brought it in and within 15 minutes they had reattached it for us with no charge and we were on our way!

My husband recently had car trouble driving back to Iowa. Lynn and Jordan were incredible in helping with the issue. They looked at it in a short period and advised on what was needed. They went out of their way to help him get back on the road. I highly recommend them. They made a horrible day much better.

Collins has serviced this vehicle since new.60,000 and going strong. Friendly and knowledgeable service manager. Certified mechanics and they sell tires also. Everything you need in a one stop shop. Bonus super pillar of the community owner who really does care!!

Had a bunch of dashboard warning lights on. Took to Collins to have it checked. Jordan diagnosed the problem then researched and found that the problem was covered by warranty. He then called the closest dealer in Rochester and spoke to a mechanic who confirmed diagnosis. I then took to Rochester & had work done under warranty. Thanks to Jordan for helping!
